Description Prepare creative briefs for ATL & BTL projects. Manage and coordinate ATL & BTL activities. Coordinate with different suppliers including marketing consultancy, advertising agency and public relations agency. Supervise development and production of ATL activities. Ensure quality, both in terms of adherence to brand guidelines and production, of BTL activities. Ensure constant supply of BTL activities by coordinating with internal departments. Ensure adherence to public relations calendar, supervise development of press releases and their publications & supervise production of public relations events. Manage & coordinate daily activities both externally with suppliers and internally with the different departments. Ensure timely delivery of all projects. Prepare and maintain project documentation (creative briefs, project plan, status reports, review forms, regulatory and legal paperwork, purchase orders, etc) in an orderly fashion. Ensure key messages are delivered in a consistent manner and are reflective of the brand. Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Qualifications • Knowledge of advertising methods and practices • Knowledge of research methods and practices • 5+ years’ experience in advertising agency/ marketing communications department in multinational company • Passionate about brands • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask & meet deadlines • Fluent spoken & written English • Fluent spoken & written Arabic • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent computer skills
