Description Identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiatives in relation to employees development and performance management. Act as a liaison with Sector HR partners to coordinate the implementation of talent management programs, systems, and processes to support the business. Coordinate the communication and execution of the annual performance management plan. Administer the succession planning process and maintain up-to-date succession planning records as required. Maintain talent information for Wadi holding and Sectors employees. Ensure standardized interviewing system and trained interviewers. Enhance Recruitment channels and expand the recruitment networks Collaborate and support recruitment processes to build pipeline of quality candidates to fulfill the hiring needs of the business. Maintain and monitor compliance with all TM processes and systems Analyze and evaluate sustainability & effectiveness of the TM system Optimize the use of technology and develop tools to minimize transactional HR activity Talent Management system administration
Qualifications • Degree/post graduate qualification in relevant discipline (business, commerce, etc.) • Min 8 years of related experience. • Knowledge/experience with blue and white collars, preferably FMCG or Industrial background • Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken, and excellent drafting skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet). • Self motivated, organized approach to work, capable of working on own initiative and good team player. • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
