Description — Responsible for all aspects of IP-based telephone systems for the enterprise voice network. — Provide strategic technical direction, roadmap design, installation, and configuration of all IP-based PBX telephone systems/services. — Develop an understanding of the company VoIP deployments, including understanding the entire call flow for an enterprise and appreciate the big picture when designing call routing solutions — Provide day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and perform independent complex system troubleshooting — Install, maintain, support and optimize telephony hardware, software and communication links — Practice telephony asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information — Identify capacity and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted service — Assist in the operational, strategic planning, and business continuity / disaster recovery solutions — Willing to work overtime and on-call as necessary to meet organizational needs — Propose technical network and equipment system solutions for business requirements. —Perform preventative maintenance of telephony related systems, administer upgrades, and patches to the enterprise systems
Qualifications • Bachelors’ degree in any discipline. • Avaya courses-implementation certificate is preferred • From 2 to 4 years of experience. • Good communication skills. • Hard worker
