Description Define, develop and implement short and long term marketing plans. Ensure implementation of Product priorities and closely manage the Business Unit product portfolio. Monitor market trends, sales & Rx performance, and take corrective actions as required. Identify and exploit new business opportunities. Leads motivate and develop the correspondence team to deliver required performance according to the pre settled company strategic objectives. Contribute in setting overall organizational policies and procedures, and insure its implementation within the correspondence Business Unit. Distribute & Forecast sales Target per governorate per region according to the pre settled sales plan. Allocate resources to different regions & centers for optimum results. Control Budget/ activities. Ensure proper targeting and selection process for concerned customers. Coach and manage performance appraisal of Sales Managers, product Managers, District Managers, and Medical Representatives. Set the BU products promotion strategies. Direct / monitor the organization of all pre-launch / launch activities for new products within the unit. Build and maintain good contacts with the key opinion leaders, e.g. Physicians, pharmacists, universities, specialized centers and key accounts. Communicate with different departments within the organization to ensure the proper flow of communication
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in pharmaceutical Science 2 years of experience in a relevant position Fluent in English Language
