Description     1.Responsible for day to day administrative duties (Handling employees inquires, Maintain database, develop reports). 2.Generating a pool of qualified candidates according to the companys requirements & Scheduling examinations by coordinating appointments 3.Conducting initial interviews and developing assessments and recommendation for the short listed candidates. 4.Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records 5.Respond to and communicates with the employees through HR related inquires or problems. 6.Handling the employees hiring and resigning process. 7.Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager
Qualifications    3-5 years of experience in similar position. •Excellent English language. •Presentable. •Excellent communication skills.
