Description     1. Manage appointments, schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of time. 2. Screen telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence, including confidential information. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files. 3. Compose, gather, compile, verify and analyze information for use in documents such as letters, memos, reports, speeches and presentations. 4. Assist in the management of department budget. Review and compare monthly expenses to budget reports. 5. Review and process expense statements, invoices and check requests. 6. Perform special project duties as assigned.
Qualifications    Has independent judgement to provide timely and effective secretarial, administrative and clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group.
