Description Manage, coordinate and control all aspects of engineering in order to meet agreed departmental objectives. Coordinate and execute tasks related to building maintenance, upgrades, modification, office rearrangement, relocations, and all activities that have impact direct or indirect in building condition. Develop the maintenance strategy for a defined area in conjunction with the site engineer. Timely inform his / her superior, colleagues about the building conditions and, discuss related problems and agree on action plans thus contribute to uninterrupted operation at required performance level. Manage and control the maintenance strategy on a day-to-day basis, including routine, daily inspections, damages follow-ups, and develop and implement capital activities. Ensure PMI, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and targets are met and maintained within defined company procedures and legislative requirements. Identify areas for engineering and financial improvement and enable their inception whilst maintaining an appropriate level of availability and reliability. Ensure the safe and effective introduction of new equipment, capital expenditure and process improvement technologies. Maintain relation with authorities, insurance company and provide an environment where buildings\equipments are compliance with local legislations.
Qualifications University degree in Civil (Building construction)/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in English language MS Office Experience in usage of AutoCAD. Life-cycle asset management skills, budget and planning knowledge.
