Description Carry out electronic maintenance (preventive / planned / subassembly rebuilding) in accordance with procedures in order to ensure equipment availability for production and minimize the interruption of equipment running ability. Perform adjustments, repairs and maintenance to the control system of the productions equipments using manufacturer software, special tools (PG) and specific electronic programs. Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages. Accurate adjustment and fixes the electronic operational malfunctions in order to improve the quality of the product, to decrease reject rate and to improve the efficiency of the equipment. Analyze the hardware and software of the industrial control and data acquisition systems in order to investigate problems, identify compatibility or integration issues, potential risks and opportunities of improvement, updating needs for changes implementation. Perform installation and modification of production equipment in accordance with schedule and documentation in order to ensure the equipment availability on time. Recommend spare parts requirements in order to ensure the availability and minimize the consumption. Monitor the consumption of the specific electronic cards, machines computer and other special components and provide feedback in order to improve their life time and availability.
Qualifications University degree in Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in production and maintenance. Proficient in English language MS Office
