Description     Assist in the logistic support planning and scheduling process. Verify the shipping documents Review planned shipment data with inbound and outbound planners Execute all suppliers correspondences (related to logistics). Execute the requisition process, issue the orders, and follow up with the suppliers to confirm the delivery dates, and shipment method. Coordinate with stations to ensure the purchased items are delivered on time. Work in collaboration with the Quality Manager to coordinate product inspection and release operations with Plant Health Quarantine committees. Ensure the proper filing of governmental correspondences (emails, faxes, and phone calls) related to lot inspection results. Ensure all team correspondences & documents are administrated effectively for swift work flow processing. Prepare, distribute, and maintain files of all outbound and inbound shipment documentation, providing record as required. Prepare and send transporting card to the transporting companies and follow up with them. Revise the actual transporting cards and send them to the financial department for payment according to signed contract. Execute import license issuance procedures. Evaluate & recommend shipping lines. Ensure documents are delivered to ports through courier services. Plan & prioritize daily follow-up actions. Participate in evaluating the supplier performance. Participate in supply chain performance & submits analysis reports.
Qualifications    Bachelor degree from relevant discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Administration Proficiency in MS Office, Internet search Excellent problem solving ,organizational skills and strong communication skills
