Description Receive, deliver, count stock items, and record data using the available tool or software to ensure that stocks are relevant with logistics reports. Check inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors to keep control over the stock. Apply the warehousing and storage standards/ basics management. Prepare reports of inventories, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued to maintain records in compliance with Logistics plan. Maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment to ensure the organizing of items and help in identifying stocks in the Warehouses. Implement proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities to sustain the quality and hygienic of the stocks. Plan efficient methods to utilize the resources for current and future business needs to assure well prepared to changes and expansions. Supervise Warehouse subordinates to be comply with quality and safety requirements/ manpower planning.
Qualifications University degree or any equivalent degree. Three to five years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG experience is highly preferred) Proficient in English language MS Office Experience in usage of ERP
