Description 1.Review intra-department and inter-departmental QA/QC performance and issues and provide feedback to modifying the system. 2.Support the Quality system requirements being specified for the Project. 3.Ensure the budget requirements are specified in a timely manner and monitor their application. 4.Supervise the required number of audit controls necessary for the Projects Quality Management Systems. 5.Manage the number of Project audits needed for FEED against Quality Costs and maintain all revisions in a systematic manner necessary to assure that changes within the System are documented. 6.Review and approve all outgoing audit reports subsequent to their issue and assure correct actions are being maintained. 7.Conduct and lead audits as necessary deemed during the Project where there is a critical application related to Product Quality Failure. 8.Develop Quality Awareness Training necessary and related to Quality Improvements and Quality Management. 9.Liaise with Operations and Engineering Construction Manager for Asset Integrity during all of the Project phases to ensure that the design considers and incorporates the appropriate Quality System Requirements as determined by the criticality rating process. 10.Monitor in the tender evaluation process that the specified quality requirements have been included in the tenders package.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree in Engineering Discipline, Metallurgy or Science from a recognized university. 2.Minimum 15 years relevant experience in design, fabrication and construction related to the oil and gas and other petrochemical industry of which 5 years were in a managerial position. 3.Minimum 10 years experience in applying Quality Control Principles and Practices in the downstream industry.
