Description 1- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions 2- Resource potential candidates through posting announcements through different recruitment channels. 3- Screen CVs for initial personal interview against required criteria. 4- Conduct personal interview to asses applicants matching required job criteria and ability to perform the job. 5- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. 6- Negotiate offer with applicants 7- Check reference of applicant to insure correctness of data presented. 8- Issue offer letters for approved candidates as per the salary scale. 9- Process Exit interview and determine exit reasons. 10- Issue reports related to turnover and hiring process
Qualifications 1- Bsc. of Pharmacy 2- HR certificate or Preferably Diploma. 3- Fresh or preferably 1 year of experience.
