Qualifications • A university degree in any discipline is a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. • Familiarity with the Internet. • Good English language skills. • Good attention to details. • Ability to stay calm under pressure. • Methodical and thorough approach to work. • Organized. • Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing. • A great team player. • A desire to show initiative. • Able to handle guests and customers either on face to face basis or over the phone. • Able to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. • Secure information by completing data base backups.
