Description -Managing the Chairman diary, travel arrangements and typing letters and reports. -Managing meeting agenda, attending and taking meeting minutes. screening incoming calls. -Maintaining security of confidential information related to all tasks. -Responsible for dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post related to the Chairman. -Handling petty cash including office expenses and budget. -Responsible for office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment purchasing. -Translating various documents as required.
Qualifications -Minimum 3 years of relevant in experience. -Bachelor degree. -Expert in dealing with Microsoft Office applications.
