Scheduling appointments. Arranging business travel and related accommodation. Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines. Cooperating with other staff as necessary. Maintaining stationery and office supplies. Maintaining all office service equipment (computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines etc.) for smooth uninterrupted office operations. Keeping the general office area neat and tidy.
Qualifications    Minimum requirements of B.SC. from a recognized educational institute. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that he will be handling. Hard worker. Team work oriented. Representative. Must be a handy person. Excellent Communications Skills.
