Description Main Responsibilities: Oversee human resources management activities to ensure that the foundation creates appropriate HR policies and procedures, and establish and maintain an effective compensation system to achieve the foundation goals; Manage all efforts to identify, recruit and place competent staff, ensuring timely hiring of qualified staff to achieve the foundation strategic and operational objectives Develop and initiate a progressive staff development/training strategy that provides staff with greater individual competencies to undertake new responsibilities in the future. Oversee the development and monitoring of an annual HR and Training budget. Represent the foundation with labor office; social insurance and other related governmental Authorities and maintain positive work relations with such authorities and ensure the compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications •A graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. Specialized diploma in Human Resources. • at least 5 years’ Experience in Human Resources management in an international organization; •High-level of proficiency in written and spoken English. • Excellent knowledge of computer programs. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; • Good level of experience of performance management. •Excellent organizational skills, and ability to work with little supervision; •Proactive in identifying difficulties and working cooperatively to solve them;
