Description     Operate telephone switchboard to forward calls, providing information, taking messages. —Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations. —Send and receive emails, and documents. —Create and follow up on the attendance sheet. —Perform administrative support tasks for the unit, such as data entry, printing and filing documents. —Responsible for checking on rooms set up before classes start. —Responsible for placing orders such as booking hotel rooms and flight reservations. —Set and organize appointments.
