Description Receiving, directing & relaying telephone messages and fax messages, directing the general public to the appropriate staff member, picking up & delivering the mail, opening & date stamping all general correspondence, maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence, assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference, maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies, answering all incoming calls & handling callers inquiries whenever possible, re-directing calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required, and greeting, assisting and/or directing customers, suppliers, visitors and the general public, to positively affects the customers perceptions or call/visit experience.
Qualifications • High School Education. • 1 year of experience. • Have completed office procedures course. • Excellent verbal communication both Arabic & English.
