Description — Providing Applications technical support and maintaining a working knowledge of all active machines. — Develops, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies, and installs applications. — Implements and uses monitoring techniques ensuring optimal application performance during and after deployment. — Assists in the analysis, definition and documentation requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs for both new and existing applications. — Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs and/or hardware. — Develops and maintains technical specifications. — Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with existing applications/hardware during the business requirements process. — Plans and prepares documentation on the development and functioning of enterprise applications.
Qualifications • Experience (0-2) • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts (printing, publishing & packaging department) • Good practical and technical skills • The ability to manage a varied work load • Very good initiative and team player • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
