Description Reports to the Emea and Asia Total Reward Director direct line and dotted line to the HR Manager for EMEA & assists in compensation & benefits related activities. Along with Total Rewards COE, update and implement compensation structure by country and conducts salary surveys & analysis as needed, define and implement competitive benefits package by country and ensure consistency across EMEA Be knowledgeable about job classification in ITT and assist in mapping / grading new and existing jobs. Handles preparation of annual Merit increase cycle for all EMEA locations including approvals & communications with line managers/employees. Assists in the preparation, communication & calculations of bonus Plans for EMEA staff with all required approvals. Coordinates the administration of Benefits plans for all locations/ keeping records of plans offered by country & making sure of implementation. Seeking improvements whenever possible & ensuring equity within employees & among different locations. Assist in preparation of expats mobility related offers and coordinate set up with various parties involved. Help in resolving employees issues related to compensation / benefits. Other duties as requested by Management.
Qualifications Education: - Bachelor Degree- preferably in accounting - HR certification- is an advantage Experience: - 3 years / max4 year Experience inhuman resources – Compensation & Benefits. - Experience in working in Team based structure. Multinational Experience Is an advantage. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: - Proficient in Excel use - Multi tasking / Managing Priorities - Details oriented. - Effective CommunicationSkills - Organization Skills Fluent In English Competencies/Traits: List demonstrated traits of successful performers. - Effective & honest communications. - Creating a positive work environment. - Collaboration and teamwork, listening - Results orientation - Commitment & Dedication - Highly motivated. - Process improvement. - Objectivity
