Description Ensure proper management & leadership for the controlling department by giving clear guidance & motivation & ensuring team members proper training & skills development to achieve performance criteria also pave the way for their growth & promotion & ensure adequate succession cover — Analyze variances for sales , supervision & review the preparation of headcount and P&L & report comments to corporate headquarter — Control & manage the preparation of quarterly trends (forecast)), annual budget, strategic business, sales & operational plans (i.e LRP) — Monitor & control the issuance of periodic internal & external reporting as sales out, profitability & product contribution — Direct & supervise the pricing process with local & zone management & i-price through APVs & position papers — Preparing specific studies & responding to financial inquiries by local management & head office — Approve & control budget spending & monitor financial performance with actual results — Supervising promotional & medical materials store
Qualifications Bsc. Commerce English Section is preferable CMA/CPA Holder From 6-10 years of experience
