Description 1.Preparing and recording the parameters sheets for the various jobs. 2.Checking the mold set and the accessories prepared for the job change. 3.Responsible for the job change process including: the change of the feeder refractories (tube- plunger- orifices). -temperature curve for the job. -feeder operation and gob shaping. -delivery (gob funnel-scoop-trough-deflector) - Machine setting and sections timing. -smooth movement of the various mechanisms. -gob loading. - Product handling from the pusher mechanism till the lehr. 4.Checking the products sample in the hot end. 5.Following up the performance and the growing of efficiency. 6.Following up the needed requirements for operation.
Qualifications Excellent user of CAD software.
