Description —Make all types of lab tests and measurements for different products *Responsible for approving the product in all production stages, —Apply the product inspection according to inspection plan & inspection work instruction. —Record nonconformities regarding our system in the nonconformities tracking report. —Record defects on the defect tracking report & Data Entry of defect data on defect rate system. —Perform weight measurements per each type of product & record the average weight for the product type on the control chart report. —Review scrap according to the scrap management system. —Supervise & apply the 5S system in our lab as per Lab 5S check list. —Keep retention sample from each produced job order. —Ensure all safety & Health rules are implemented by him and his colleagues in the department. —Implement all food safety rules and regulations as required
Qualifications B.Sc. of Science OR Workers University Lab experience in packaging manufacture
