Description - Follow up the procedures of operating equipment after the installation to make sure of its safety before its start ups. - Making sure of implementation of the operating procedures. - Ensure an optimal product quality. - Analyze the product performance indicators to recommend corrective actions to be compatible with the quality standards. - Measure the quality of the product using a pre-defined set of criteria. - Recording information on products which do not conform to standards. - Create specifications control charts based on products they are sampling. - Liaise with engineers and other production staff to create plans of product quality and improvements. - Remove materials and product that do not meet the standard specifications. - Control operations documents and requirements from all related divisions. - Direct and conduct things with in accordance with all required standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 18001. - Internal audit plan and executions throughout the operations divisions - Evaluate the product and the disadvantages of the process and therefore suggest solutions including but not limited to any kind of changes of products or process or standards of QC. That will affect the final product at the end. - Make sure that work in progress and finish target goods with the required standards
Qualifications Bachelor degree in engineering or chemistry discipline

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - working under pressure. - meeting pre-determined dead times. - ability to think outside the box and to do new tasks assigned by his manager cooperative with work mates - manufacturing or production background is an asset
