Make performance appraisals of all subordinate team. 4. Ensure ethic and legal standards are implemented. 5. Responsible for releasing product after quality acceptance results. 6. Cost saving and Minimize losses. 7. Controls of incoming raw materials (chemically and physically). 8. Determining whether the finished products are of specified quality. 9. Determining cause of product defects. 10. Develop methods for reducing defects. 11. Establish testing procedure for the required quality tests. 12. Documentation and evaluation of results. 13. Suggest changes in how products are made to achieve the best quality possible. 14. Recommend methods to minimize and reuse of defected products. 15. Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
Qualifications BSC of Chemical Engineering, Science,chemistry, Geochemistry Physical Chemistry - 10:15 Years of Experience
