Description     —Answer phone calls and courteously routes them. —Meet and greet visitors in person or on the phone, and direct inquiries/correspondences to responsible persons. —Maintains security by following standard procedures; register guests in logbook and issue visitor badges. —Maintains safe, neat and clean reception area at all times —Handle both of Domiatec Email account and fax system as well as performing needed follow-up actions such as: organizes, screen, respond or reroute to appropriate person/department. —Handle meeting room bookings and ensure its reservation schedule is regularly updated and available to all staff. —Responsible for receiving incoming and outgoing correspondences while ensuring all items are logged, recorded and archived via a logbook and electronically. —Maintain filing system for incoming and outgoing correspondences. —Publish to all staff updated internal contacts list in cooperation with HR department. —Maintain and update Domiatec information system (DIS). —Maintain a well organized filing system. —Develop and maintain a message recorded for unavailable recipients. —Execute any additional assigned task by direct manager, Chairman or CEO. —Assist head of departments and executive team when required upon direct manager approval. —Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times regarding companys related information. —Abide to formal dress code at all times
Qualifications    • Bachelor degree from any discipline, Preferred English section • 0-3 year experience in same position or customer service field • Fluency in English is a must and additional language is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet search • Highly organized, alert, & presentable character •Multi tasked person with the ability of driving multiple tasks at the same time. •Ability to work under stress.
