Description Prepare sales budget per brand and customer. — Set up, develop and implement sales and marketing annual plans. — Recruit new distributors which lead to achieve the sales target. — Clarify and evaluate market gaps and business opportunities based on analyzing sales volume of each customer and brand. — Managing, developing a team and motivation them to increase efficiency of sales, visibility and market share. — Prepare the report for all the competitors and competition brands. — Interviews and hires sales & marketing team, key account executives, supervisors, and promoters based on criteria agreed. — Responsible for finalizing deals with independent retailers and chains. — Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts by himself o Collecting customer feedback and market research — Monitoring the stock level of all the brands to ensure maximum availability and thus achieve the budget. — Set the objective for the team work and ensure their accomplishment. — Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each sales and support staff team members. — Take on responsibility of orientation of all new staff and evaluation of performance of all employees.
Qualifications Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Good business sense • The ability to motivate and lead a team Initiative and enthusiasm • Excellent communication and people skills • Good planning and organizational skills • The ability to work calmly under pressure o Good it. • Budget and report writing skills • Foreign language skills are increasingly useful
