Job Title : Security Supervisor Job Code : HSSE01 Job Department : HSSE Department Accountabilities /Position summary: Patrols buildings and grounds of the port area . Checks company premises for secure doors, windows, building security and report any suspicious activities to the security manager.  Advises violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying prohibited articles, and apprehends expels persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts, and reports to supervisor  Investigates reports of theft or suspicious occurrences under direction of security Manager  Dealing with vessels calling SCCT and provide them security service according ISPS  Holding the logbooks specified by ISPS code  Operate access control system during weekends and holidays Handling daily police passes during weekends and holidays and whenever it needed  Hold GTDP security modules and security awareness sessions for SCCT employees and subcontractors Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Requires completion of university degree  Requires at least two years of experience working as a security supervisor in the private sector or as a public safety     officer   Must have an understanding of security procedures for buildings and perimeter security  Must have a general understanding of preventative security measures for buildings and port facilities  Requires an understanding of emergency response procedures and the ability to carry them out  Must be able to work in extremely hot and dusty conditions and in conditions of high levels of noise Must have knowledge of national security rules and safe working procedures and follow safety and work instructions
