Description - Responsible for workshop working capacity and parts turn over. - Establish the customers needs after receiving and welcoming him. - Contact the customer if any extra needed work & take his agreement on any further charges. - Explain repairs to the customer & ensure that he understands the charges. - Promote sales of additional service work. - Complete invoice summary & hand over a copy with the invoices to the accounting department daily. - Promote customer satisfaction & Handle customer complaints within the bounds of his authority. - Respond promptly to the customer requests. - Diagnose customer vehicle & advise him on necessary repairs. - Handle warranty policy within the authority given. - Complete repair order & obtain customer approval & signature.
Qualifications 1)BSc. Automotive Engineering or equivalent, 3 years in similar position. 2)Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, power point. 3)Excellent Communication Skills. 4)Excellent Listening and diplomacy skills.
