Description Provide consulting services in the area of Export Development Training for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)as follows: —Develop and deliver training and training materials (guidelines) about how to determine market information and requirements to export products to particular markets. —Develop and deliver training, training materials and coaching regarding export readiness improvement and meeting general requirements for product quality and pricing for export markets. —Develop and deliver training and coaching on how to improve marketing and sales for use in exporting in general. —Develop and deliver training, training materials and coaching related to the preparation for a specific trade show. —Provide follow-up training and coaching with SMEs following their return from trade shows. —Develop an ‘Export Took Kit– of materials that beneficiaries can use to continue self-paced training in export readiness skills after the project end. —Provide assignment related reports, presentations, materials as required by the project. —Advise and support the Project Management on conception and tracking of existing and future export development activities. —Prepare relevant technical briefing papers, reports and status updates for the key management; ensure that all deliverables are aligned and aiming towards projects goals
Qualifications 8 - 10 years of experience in export development •Experience in business development advisory or coaching and training is a must. •Experience in any or all of the following sectors is a must: Processed foods; home textiles, automotive, hotel and hospitality sector.
