Description 1.Follow-up work of periodic maintenance of the apartments, according to the maintenance plan and that of residential units 2.Follow-up maintenance of emergency and that in the event of an emergency or breakdowns problems in all specialties 3.Follow-up observations inside the apartments for the possibility of delivery. 4.Coordination with the operation department to achieve customer orders. 5.Estimate the financial cost of maintenance regarding clients or shops. 6.Follow-up performance of workers in the department 7. Follow-up companies in the installation of meters consumptions(Water ”Electricity-AC) or any civil works 8.Preparation of studies and suggestions for any emerging work request
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Major: civil). - Experience from 5 - 7 years - Leadership skills
