Description Compensation and Benefits Coordinator - Share in designing, evaluating and modifying benefits policies to ensure that programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. - Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits and compensation policies. Work in companies benefits as an example; Medical Insurance: Prepare comparisons among the medical insurance company to gain the best service with the least costs. Handel coordination between the employees and the medical insurance company in medical approvals, chronic medicine, Monitor the service quality given to employees. Manage the contract term and its operation. Employee transportation means: Manage the operation of company transportation means as per what is declared in the approved policy as an example; - Employee registration. - Bus Routes. - Phone Lines: Manage the operation of phone lines as per what is declared in the approved policy as an example; - Buying new phone line. - All required addition services by employee for the company lines. Submit all required briefed and detailed reports for the company benefits.
Qualifications Experience in Compensation and Benefits is an asset • HR Certificate is preferable. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.
