Description     Compensation and Benefits Coordinator - Share in designing, evaluating and modifying benefits policies to ensure that programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. - Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits and compensation policies. Work in companies benefits as an example; Medical Insurance: — Prepare comparisons among the medical insurance company to gain the best service with the least costs. — Handel coordination between the employees and the medical insurance company in medical approvals, chronic medicine, — Monitor the service quality given to employees. — Manage the contract term and its operation. Employee transportation means: Manage the operation of company transportation means as per what is declared in the approved policy as an example; - Employee registration. - Bus Routes. - Phone Lines: Manage the operation of phone lines as per what is declared in the approved policy as an example; - Buying new phone line. - All required addition services by employee for the company lines. Submit all required briefed and detailed reports for the company benefits.
Qualifications    Experience in Compensation and Benefits is an asset • HR Certificate is preferable. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.
