Description     — Establishes branch goals with assistance from the Executives. — Conducts branch planning, updating meeting and reporting sessions. Staffs branch and delegates work load to meet market requirements — Establishes and updates job descriptions for all positions within the branch. — Staffs and adjusts work force to fit seasonal needs with a minimum of unproductive labour costs. Actively supports employee growth — Schedules and supervises orientations for new branch employees. — Updates employees regularly on new product knowledge — Identifies in writing annually training needed for individual employees. — Discusses performance. — Completes and administers a yearly merit review with each branch employee following management approval. — Stimulates and develops positive morale and team spirit that leads to high productivity. — Actively works to increase personal skills and knowledge. — Maintains the branch environment in order to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth. Upholds cooperative policies — Upholds all cooperative policies. — Develops and updates a regular maintenance schedule for all branch facilities and equipment. — Has good communications with other departments in the company. “ Implements marketing activities: — Reviews the following marketing activities with the Network Manager each month: 1. Sales analysis report. 2. Sales promotional efforts. 3. Plans for the following month. — Performs branch sales goals with branch employees each month. — Establishes and achieves the profitability and sales goals identified in the annual budget. — Successfully resolves customer issues timely and professionally. — Reviews and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding operations and productivity, and ensures the accuracy of the reporting system. Performs other related duties as required.
