Description -Preparing the daily flash food cost. - -Preparing the monthly reconciliation and the monthly journal vouchers. -Attend and follow up all daily receiving goods to be sure about quantity, quality as per standards deals prices, and expired dates. - -Attend the monthly inventory and preparing the monthly inventory report with full analysis showing in it any variances or discrepancies and any shortage. - -Follow up all stores balances to avoid any drops of items. - -Follow up purchase orders and all purchase requests. - -Prepare the minimum and maximum stocks. - -Preparing the daily and the monthly cost report with full analysis. - -Follow up the stores slow moving items. - -Lead and follow up all the cost control team to be sure that they doing their duties as per the policy and procedures without any delay. - -Attend the market survey to be sure that all goods within normal prices. - -Follow up all operations areas to be sure all areas controlled to avoid any sales revenues discrepancies. - -Preparing the recipes cost and updating it with the Operation Manager and Executive chef and suggesting the sales prices. - -Cooperate with the Executive Chef and the Operation Manager to minimize and to control the cost and to avoid spoilage. - -Review and approve all the raw material requisitions after checking it to assure its within the expected daily sales operations. -Review all the daily posting of the all receiving and all stores sued. - -Review and audit the daily receiving report to be sure its balanced and includes all attachment such as supplier invoice, purchase order or market list, and to be sure about posting if it direct items or its stores items. - -Follow up and control all out goings with return to be sure that all goods and tools registered, and returned without any delay or any damages.
Qualifications Good Communication Cost analysis Excellent English
