Description Ensure that the production process is effective at all times and meets all company requirements. Manage the manufacturing operation to ensure products are produced to meet customer expectations. Develop and continuously improve work processes to meet agreed monthly/annual plant KPIs relating to health and safety, yield, scrap rates, labor utilization. Ensure that the operating costs for both labor and fixed expenses of the site are maintained within budget targets Manage the H&S function Train staff in relevant processes and procedures-compounding, packing, stores. Staff performance appraisal and pay reviews. Health and Safety responsibility of entire site Develop, monitor and evaluate production team training plan and production procedures Complete manufacturing reports and paperwork Prepare all packing and production paperwork
Qualifications Organized, and good at planning Good at decision-making and problem-solving Excellent at communicating Able to lead people
