Description Under the supervision of the project director, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the projects M&E system and procedures and for overseeing organization of training activities. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: design and implement the projects performance monitoring plan and all requisite tools, forms, etc.; design and implement baseline and follow up surveys and prepare analyses of survey findings; train and coordinate with other M&E staff to establish & maintain project database as well as efficient filing system for training; train project staff and consultants who participate in administering surveys; conduct periodic reviews of project database to ensure validity of data; prepare periodic M & E reports for submission to donor; and coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly progress reports, success stories and final project report for the donor.
Qualifications The incumbent must be a resident of Idku or in its vicinity with a bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, agriculture, marine biology, business administration) and ten years of relevant work experience.
