Description Under the supervision of the field office manager, the incumbent will coordinate with fishermen associations or community leaders to enroll targeted fishermen (traditional lake and sea fishermen and shellfish collectors) in project activities and to schedule training and field visits; accompany master trainers in training and in the field and follow up with fishermen to assist in applying recommendations; attend training events; participate in developing progress reports and success stories; and facilitate baseline and impact surveys by linking the M & E team with fishermen and associations.
Qualifications The incumbent should live within a one hour commute to Idku, and should have a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field (e.g., marine biology) as well as five years of relevant work experience.

Other Skills Applicant must have extensive experience in extension services on field level and able to deal and communicate efficiently with fishermen
