Description General Purpose of the Position: Coordinates operational activities and functions of a designated Department to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, or other specifications. List of Responsibilities 1. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. 2. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by QMAC Director. 3. Attend meetings to record minutes. 4. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. 5. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems. 6. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. 7. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in a relative discipline. Personally motivated, with high level of communication skills and high level of mind concentration and time management.

Other Skills Very Good time management and communication skills. Ability to work under stress and excellent command of word, excel and power point.
