Description Performance Management Establish and lead a highly trained and competent functional leaders & teams (Country) dedicated to setting the industry standard in Sales and Service excellence. Continually review Country performance, organizational structures and resources in all countries on an ongoing basis to maximize revenue and profit performance. Revenue Generation Define, lead and execute a regional, multi-channel, sales strategy. Create, lead and execute Customer growth and retention strategies to grow the total regional Customer base. Commercial To ensure that all sales activity remains with corporate, regional and commercial guidelines and supports EBIT and revenue quality indicators. To agree discounted or one off rates whilst maintaining profitable margins and revenue quality. To analyze commercial data to support and drive the revenue opportunities within each country. To understand commercial impact of rate increases and measure yield of actions. Marketing To translate the annual marketing plan to support the country business plan. To adopt marketing campaigns to support the country sales functions. To assist in the measurement of return on investment from marketing strategy and activities. Winning and Keeping Profitable Customers Create competitive differentiation and improved yield performance through the deployment of new VAS and premium products. People Management To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications •10 years of senior sales management experience in the same or a similar industry. •P&L experience with direct accountability for multi-channel revenue generation and cost management. •Experienced in Consultative Style Selling Strategies and complex negotiation techniques. •Sound knowledge of pricing and profitability strategies and a track record for continuous profit improvement. •Familiar with the Gulf working environment and culture. •International Express or Logistics industry background.
