Description 1- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) 2- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.) 3- Design and prepare educational aids and materials 4- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on students skills and how it affects KPIs 5- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records 6- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Qualifications - Experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting - Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation - Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assesses needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques - MS Office proficiency - Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments - Strong communication skills - BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field . Strong communication skills . Professional . Ability to work individually and as part of a team • Being a hard worker, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic • Team work in sales oriented environments • Information technology • Time management • Planning • Being courteous, professional and persistent • Multitasking • Stress management • Prioritizing • Being flexible
