Description Answer all inbound clients phone calls within quality standards. Ask the security questions to clients. Respond promptly to clients inquiries by implementing procedures, policies and standards of the organization. Educate clients through explaining all benefits and procedures of the companys services. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints. Resolve service problems by clarifying the clients complaints; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and follow-up to ensure resolution. Examine requests and unresolved issues to the proper department and provides the client with the feedback. Escalate unresolved issues to the call center supervisor. Document details of inquiries, requirements and complaints in addition to the actions taken in each case. Attend customer service staff meetings, regular training and coaching sessions for continuous professional growth and development.
Qualifications • 0 – 2 years of experience in the area of customer service. • Bachelor Degree. • Good computer skills. • Strong listening skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management. • Persuasion skills. • Negotiation skills. • Problem solving skills.
