Description 1.Creating new ideas for the kids & developing childrens knowledge 2.Explain the academic sheet for the kids. 3.Carry out activities in line with the requirements of the early years foundation stage. 4.Organizing learning materials and resources and making imaginative use of resources. 5.Developing work schemes and curriculum plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them to learn 6.Develop the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. 7.Record observations and summarize the childrens achievements. To focus on optimum child development and preparation for a successful transition to primary school education. 8.Implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of children. 9.Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that children can understand. 10.Encouraging childrens mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play. 11.Working within a team, including teaching assistants and/or nannies to plan and coordinate work both indoors and outdoors. 12.Assisting with the development of childrens personal/social and language abilities, observing, assessing and make notes of each childs progress 13.Discuss childrens development with parents &provide daily reports to parents. 14.Ensure children are supervised at all times.
