Description 1. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. 2. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. 3. Maintain all personnel files, reference check results, and other personnel records, and ensure Ferro procedures is in compliance with all laws and regulations. 4. Assist in hiring by providing job descriptions and advertisements, screening and conducting interviews. 5. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs. 6. Develop and implement human resources programs and policies and periodically update Ferro Employee Handbook. 7. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. 8. Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or medical service. 9. Recommend, develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.
