Description 1-ITO: µ Prepare AEDCO-FZ inquiry To Supplier µ Receive offer from Supplier µ Check the historical data of all offers from 2002-2014 µ Acknowledge customer PO and comment with AEDCO-FZ reservations µ Issue Proforma invoice for LC opening µ Issue PO to Supplier with AEDCO-FZ Terms & conditions µ Update Target & follow up list (for Shipment dates) & accordingly payments µ Review LCs opened 2-OTD: µ Follow up shipments µ Prepare for inspection visit if required before the shipment preparations. µ Receive related shipping documents; µ Forward docs to FZ warehouse GM µ Prepare Proforma invoices for customers µ Follow up receipt of custom declaration and forward to FZ warehouse GM µ Prepare Fax of readiness to customers 3-Collection & Payments: µ Issue Invoices µ Either deliver it to customer asking for payment. µ Or prepare all the LC documents required and follow up with the bank µ Update the follow up list for collection deadlines. 4- Letter of Guarantees management: µ Follow up the issuance of different Bonds µ Follow up the submission of these bonds to the customers 5- Manpower: µ Issue Proforma invoices & final invoice µ Follow up payment of salaries µ Follow up the collection of our invoices 6- Free Zone warehouse: µ Follow up with warehouse manager all the work flow inside the warehouse 7- Forwarders and shipping agents:
Qualifications . College graduate · 3 -5 years’ experience in the field of Import / Distribution of capital goods · Proactive, with the ability of controlling him/herself when faced with critical situations · Team player · Excellent skills in MS office specially word, Excel & outlook is a must · Fluent written & spoken English · Multitasking abilities
