Description 1.Planning 1) Schedule training activities based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and internal instructors or external vendors. 2) Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills through the agreed training plans 2. coordination & implementation 3) Organize and/or obtain, training courses materials such as handouts and visual materials for the attendees every training activity. 4) Follow up with the internal instructors to conduct internal training sessions and prepare the material needed to be delivered to staff. 5) Coordinate and follow up with the co-workers in the training premises to get the needed preparations for the training room before implementing any training activity. 3.Communications 6) Share and Assist the training manager by developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not. 7) Assist the training manager & business partners to identify the training needs through surveys, interviews with line managers, or through focus groups. 8) Negotiate contracts with vendors, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses and report the end results to training manager. 4. Evaluation & monitoring 9) Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness to assess the training manager to generate the monthly, quarterly training reports. 10) Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts and make sure that it meets the approved training material formats. 11) Screen, communicate and evaluate the external providers as per the qualification program agreed for selection. 12) Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Qualifications 1-3 years experience in Banking Sector (Technical Banking & Finance operations) and a similar position in training field is an added advantage but not a Must.
