Description 1. Respond to enquiries from staff to help them resolve any hardware or software problems. 2. Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected. 3. Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing any necessary training and advice. 4. Maintain a list of suppliers and other subcontractors who may be required to assist in the resolution of technical problems. 5. Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house. 6. Recommend suitable software and hardware systems where these might improve performance.
Qualifications *BSC Degree *technical training in the software and hardware systems used; *at least 1 year’s experience in resolving computer software and hardware problems;
