Description Implement construction activities and projects in conformance with designs, specifications and adhering to THE COMPANY policies and procedures. Administer the construction operation progress by contractors and ensure they are aligned with planned work schedules and specifications. Review work schedules, construction methods and procedures in alignment with contractual agreements and companys policies and procedures. Examine quality and quantity construction material in use to ensure conformance with standards and specifications. Inspect construction progress and material in use to ensure adherence to safety codes, requirements and standards within assigned areas of responsibility. Anticipate potential problem areas and analyze errors to recommend solutions and corrective actions. Coordinate field surveys to check and report construction operations within assigned areas. Report and document construction projects progress and problems occurrences.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar field High Interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment Troubleshooting and problem solving
