Description Provide first line support for users either remotely or locally requiring assistance with IT issues and problems. *Manage the IT Setup , Maintenance and technical support for remote locations either in Cairo or outside . *Responsible for the users technical requirements in remote location Resolve users requests regarding software/ hardware and replace defective components when necessary Install new users PC and the relevant operating system Configure, monitor, and maintain user emails or virus protection software. Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures Monitor and maintain the internet connection in remote areas Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate support teams. Install the operating systems on the servers. Create all users, and the relevant policy and privacy profiles Maintain the IT operation of all users ‘Antivirus, internet, other applications–. will participate in IT Help Desk service in factory in case of no needed service in remote locations.
Qualifications Has High Energy. Ability to move a lot as part of his job will be in remote locations outside Cairo . from 1- 3 years of experience.
