Description — Researches specific markets and channels to assess business potential. — Provides information related to the adoption and deployment of products or services in targeted markets. — Monitors and analyzes market share and sales performance for own organization and key market competitors. — Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats. — Conduct ad hoc analysis to get market insights. — Assists in innovative marketing and supplement tasks like public relations and promotion. — Creates awareness and desire for the product with a creative approach is the key aim of the marketing specialist. He studies the designs, logos, promotional materials like flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, newsletters etc and modified them if necessary. — Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner. — Organizes and attends events and exhibitions. — Conduct market research before produce new products, these researches includes (No. of Competitors and their market shares in different. geographical areas, products features, prices, promotions & distributions channels). — Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response — Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaigns. — To perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications Experience in IT Sector is preferred. 3 years’ experience preferable in same position as marketing specialist Fluent in English Gender: Any Competencies: Excellent Communication and Rapport building skills Creative and proactive Problem solver Result Oriented Investigative and analytical Leadership skills
