Description Ensure the stability of the work flow in the factory and ensure the implementation of the maintenance programs. Assist the Maintenance Manager in preparing and reviewing the mechanical maintenance reports. Participate in finding solutions for the technical problems. Work on increasing the efficiency of the maintenance department. Study the requirements of the factory from workers and machines Suggest new methods and implement necessary changes to improve the work efficiency and save time Coordinate with the different departments Participate in the mechanical maintenance meetings including the daily meetings with the staff and the meetings with other departments Follow up the work of the strategic machines and equipment. Assist the Manager in preparing the annual budget of the department discuss it with the Plant Manager Make analyses to the annual and monthly expenses and try to decrease it Assist in leading Mechanical Maintenance staff team toward the achievement of their individual and collective objectives, while supporting their motivation and development to sustain and enhance team performance and realise individual potential. Assist in setting all planned and predictive mechanical maintenance plans Participates in major mechanical maintenance studies in order to arrive at well-founded conclusions and recommendations Assists in Planning, controlling and managing all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that targets are achieved, or exceeded, all within approved budget levels.
Qualifications B.Sc. in engineering, preferably Electromechanical / Mechanical Power. Engineering 6-9 years stretching experience in a commercial/industrial enterprise maintenance/production environment with a proven track record at the managerial level. Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively Strong Computer skills.
